I have seen the same problem reported on other Kia forums, on various models (picanto, sorrento, ceed). Seems to be a common problem in the UK, if not other markets. Ive got the car booked into Kia next week for some diagnostic checks so hopefully they find something and it can be done as a warranty fix, even though the car is 10 years
